Our neighborhood schools will host Kindergarten Registration Night on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6 pm. If you are not able to attend on that date, please call the school phone numbers listed below to get more information and enroll.

Early Childhood Screening
In order to enroll in kindergarten in a Minnesota public school, you will need to have your child screened. Early childhood screening will check your child's overall development in a one-hour appointment. It's recommended children be screened before their 4th birthday. Find an available appointment today!

To register for kindergarten, you will need:

• BHM Registration form
• BHM Health & Emergency form (click here for Español version)
• Minnesota Dept. of Health Potassium Iodide (KI)
• BHM Potassium Iodide (KI) Consent form (click here for Español version)
• Ethnic and Racial Demographic Designation form
• Up-to-date Immunization records (click here for Español version) 
• Copy of child's birth certificate
• Early Childhood screening documents
