Buffalo PRIDE Transitions

Welcome to Buffalo PRIDE Transitions

The Buffalo PRIDE Transitions Program is a program for students who:

  • Are 18-21 years of age
  • Have a disability
  • Have transition needs identified on their Individual Education Plan (IEP)
  • Have not received a high school diploma

Students in the Buffalo PRIDE Transitions Program have varying needs and require time beyond high school to meet their IEP goals for successful transition into adult life. The program is designed to meet the individual needs of students who are transitioning from the high school environment to the community or post secondary education.

Please contact the Site Supervisor, Tessa Newby, at 763.682.8720, to see if your student may qualify and for information on the referral process.
