If you have questions or would like more information, our team is here to support you and we encourage you to reach out at any time. If your child has not yet been assessed and you have concerns about their development, you may complete a referral through our Help Me Grow link or contact our office for guidance on next steps.

Screening, evaluation, and services are provided at no cost for children who meet eligibility criteria.
