PRIDE Transitions

Welcome to PRIDE

The PRIDE Transitions Program is a Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose School District 877 secondary special education program for students who:

  • Are 18-21 years of age,
  • Have a disability,
  • Have transition needs identified on their Individual Education Plan (IEP), and
  • Have not received a diploma

Students in the PRIDE Transitions Program have varying needs and require time beyond high school to meet their IEP goals for successful transition into adult life. The program is designed to meet the individual needs of students who are transitioning from the high school environment to the community or post secondary education.

Please contact our Special Education office at 763.682.8715 to see if your student may qualify.
