Your child will need the registration form, the 2014-15 health emergency form, a copy of their birth certificate, immunization records and preschool screening in order begin kindergarten in the fall. If your family is new to the area and you are unsure which school your kindergartener should attend next year, please check your home address here.
Can you help?
- Our health office is in need of boys and girls pants sizes 5-10. If your child has outgrown these sizes please consider donating them to Parkside. Students borrow these items if they spill during lunchtime, or end up wet and muddy during outdoor recess.
- We also have a need for games! Do you have gently used board games that your family has outgrown? Please consider donating them to Parkside Elementary School. We can use these for indoor recess on cold winter days (of which there have been many this year!). Please school appropriate board games with all the pieces only.
- We often have families that can't afford to replenish school supplies, or new families that come to Parkside without school supplies. We can always use basic school supplies to help these families out: spiral wide-lined notebooks and plain pocket folders in basic colors - red, blue, green and yellow; crayons - 8 pack or 24 pack; 1" three-ring binders; washable Crayola Classic Colors markers; composition notebooks - wide lined.
Thanks for helping out our school!
