Quest services highly gifted students (top two to three percent in class) in grades 2-9 and is a tuition-free school within a school located at Parkside Elementary (grades 2-5), Buffalo Community Middle School (grades 6-8), and at Buffalo High School (grade 9). If you think your child might qualify for the program, you are encouraged to apply. Deadline for applications is Friday, January 30, 2015. There will also be a Quest Informational Meeting on Monday, January 26 at 7 p.m. in the Buffalo Community Middle School Media Center (for all grade levels).

It's time to empty that coin jar, clean out those couch cushions and check your pockets for Pennies for Patients! All Prime Times will be competing against each other to see who canraise the most money for Pennies for Patients. Students can bring in pennies, coins and checks! Students are bringing change to beat cancer in this annual community service and cancer education program. Students will be able to bring in their pennies and change from February 2 - 13, 2015.
Beginning Thursday, Feb. 5th, Student Council members will be selling old fashion lollipops during lunch for $1.00 each. The lollipops will come with cards, so that students can give them to friends in honor of Valentine's Day.
Student Council will be hosting a "Show Your Glow -Valentine's Day Dance" on Feb. 13th from 2:30-4:30 at BCMS. Cost for the dance is $5.00. Tickets will be sold during lunch on 2/13/2015 and at the door. Students can wear neon clothing to show their glow.
The December edition of the BCMS Newsletter “Buffalo Bulletin” is now available to read on line. This edition features several interesting and informative articles including Greetings To All BCMS Families, 8th Grade Winter Field Trip Opportunities, BCMS Connects With Australia and Pennies for Patients.
This unique application allows you to locate addresses, street intersections, schools, parks, lakes, golf courses and many other features. Parents and new residents will find this tool helpful in figuring out what school your child(ren) will attend based on your street address.
