Recreation & Fitness
Community Education offers a nice variety of fitness and sport activities for adults. Group fitness classes are a great way to learn about the importance of regular exercise in a group setting. Instructors will teach you how to perform the exercises in a safe environment. In addition, instructors suggest modifications for each exercise to accommodate your current fitness level. Classes each quarter will include cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, and mind/body exercises. Sample a variety to find your best fit or make a longer-term commitment in offerings such as: Yoga, Kickboxing, Karate, T’ia Chi, Step Aerobics, Spinning and more. Indoor Walking
Now that the weather is nice and warm, the Indoor Walking program is officially taking a break. Enjoy getting outside this spring and summer. The Indoor Walking Program will resume in October.
