In November 2018, the school district failed to pass a levy that would help provide funds to operate the district. As a result, the district will need to make about $1.3 in budget reductions for the 2019-20 school year. The district will need to find a way to increase revenue for 2020-21 in order to maintain programs and services, otherwise more reductions and budget adjustments will be on the horizon. The district asked residents to participate in a district-wide survey for feedback. The results of that survey will be shared with the school board later in June. The school board will make a decision regarding any operating levy election this fall in July 2019. Below are documents that will provide more details regarding the district's financial situation.
