On Tuesday, April 20th, PRIDE Transitions will host their first annual Transition Trek. Beginning at 6:30, representatives from a variety of agencies will distribute information and answer questions about organizations that support the transition process. At 7:30, separate breakout sessions will occur with speakers from Gentz Financial Services, the Social Security Administration, and Independent Lifestyles.
