Spring 2018 Conferences

Parent Teacher conferences post it note

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences are on February 20, 22 and 27, 2018.  You can schedule your conferences for Parkside here: https://www.myconferencetime.com/parkside. If you enter your email address when you are signing up, you will receive a confirmation for your scheduled conferences and reminder emails about 3 days in advance of your conference(s).

  • Parents/guardians living in separate households: In order to accommodate parents of all students, please coordinate one conference time together as time slots are limited to one per student. If you have questions about this, please contact your child's teacher prior to scheduling your conference.
  • If you have ONE child attending Parkside, click on the name of your child's teacher.  Select the date and time you want by clicking on "Sign Up". Enter the required information.  Click "Sign Up for your Conference".
  • If your child receives Special Education or ELL services, be sure to schedule a conference with both the classroom teacher AND your child's Special Ed Teacher or ELL Teacher in the same time slot. You can do this by clicking on "Register for Multiple Conferences". Click on both teacher names, and then on "Find Schedules with Common Dates". Look at the available dates that each teacher is available. Then click on "View Conferences for [date]", and then check the SAME time slot for both teachers. Scroll to the bottom and then click on "Sign Up for Selected Conferences".
  • If you have TWO or MORE children attending Parkside, click on "Register for Multiple Conferences".  On the pull down menu, select the number of students you will be scheduling a conference for, and click continue.  Submit the required information.  Click on the names of your children's teachers and click on "Find Schedules with Common Dates".  Select the dates and times for your conferences on the next page, and click "Sign Up for Selected Conferences."
