Welcome to our school's website. Northwinds Elementary opened its doors to students for the first time in the fall of 2006. We currently have about 620 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. In addition to the core curriculum which is taught by classroom teachers, students in grades 1-5 meet regularly for vocal music, physical education, technology and media instruction. A wide variety of special education services are available to students with special needs.

Our mission at Northwinds Elementary School is to provide a safe, child-centered learning environment which promotes learning for all students in an atmosphere based on respect.
