Parental Involvement
Parents make a tremendous impact on their children's attitudes, success in school and ideas about community. You are encouraged to become involved in your child's education in a number of ways:

  1. See that they get to school on time.
  2. Show an interest in their work.
  3. See that they get breakfast.
  4. See that they have their lunch money.
  5. Stress the importance of regular daily attendance.
  6. Assist in getting homework done promptly.
  7. Attend Parent/Teacher Conferences.
  8. Establish a working relationship with your child's teacher.
  9. Establish a regular study period at home each night and provide a quiet, undistracted place to study.
  10. Read to your children every day or read with them.
