Physical Strength and Conditioning Information and Registration Form

Program Highlights:

  • Work out with free weights and Bodymotion Weight Training Machines.

  • Practice teamwork, sportsmanship and have fun playing indoor and outdoor games when facilities/weather permit (Game Day is Thursday).

  • Train to get better at your sport or activity.


Goals of the Program:

  • Keep BCMS students active and healthy throughout the winter months.

  • Teach middle school students to safely and effectively use weight training and cardiovascular exercises to increase their muscular strength, speed, endurance and agility.

  • Provide a fun, positive environment for students to work out in with their peers.
