World Languages
The language department at BHS proudly offers three world languages students can explore:
French, German, and Spanish. Studying a new language opens the door to a wide variety of
opportunities including: job marketability, social enlightenment and travel enjoyment. All three
language offerings promote cultural awareness, as well as reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. Students can begin their world language experience as ninth graders and continue through high school, potentially testing out of several language courses at a college/university.
