Four Outstanding Educational Support Staff Recognized for their Work

Resource Training and Solutions recognized four Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose School District (BHM) employees as the 2016 Outstanding Educational Support Staff. They are pictured left to right with Superintendent Scott Thielman, April Schmidt--Parkside Elementary School Secretary; Marie Jacobs--Buffalo Community Middle School Senior Technician; Sandy Weldele- Buffalo Community Middle School Media Center/Supervisory ESP (Educational Support Professional) and Bill Jordan--District-Wide Grounds/Maintenance. They were honored at a banquet hosted by Resource Training and Solutions at River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud on Wednesday, September 28.

Resource Training & Solutions (a regional service agency serving school districts in Central Minnesota) hosts the annual Educational Support Staff Recognition Event to recognize and celebrate the contributions of the Educational Support Staff including: bus drivers, food service, paraprofessionals, hall monitors, custodians, office administrative assistants, coaches (who are not certified teachers), or other positions within the region's school districts. This year, 112 staff members from 31 districts were recognized for the special honor.
