Food Service Meal Account Changes

On December 27, 2017, BHM Schools Food Service Department will switch from PayPams to Campus Online Payments through the Parent Portal ( Parents will no longer be able to utilize PayPams to view balances or deposit funds into their child's lunch account after December 21. Account balances shown in PayPams will automatically transfer to the Parent Portal.

Instant Online Payments-The Parent Portal provides families the flexibility to pay online and view daily cafeteria purchases at any time. You may use your credit/debit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover) to make payments to your family meal account at no cost.  Campus Online Payments provides instant access of payments to students. In addition, you can download the Campus Mobile Portal app for free from iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon, depending on your device.

New Family Accounts-Meal accounts will change from individual accounts to a family account, meaning that all family members will share the same funds. Whether you are paying online, with a check or cash, only ONE payment will be necessary for your entire family.

PIN Number Changes-Families will be notified over Winter Break in an email of their child's PIN number. Please be aware that some of the PIN numbers will change. Staff will be working with students when they return to school in January to learn their new PIN numbers if necessary.

Balance Notices-Low and negative meal account balance notices will continue to be sent Monday-Friday.

We are encouraging families to try the new online system for quicker, easier meal account payments.
