We are located just 26 miles west of the Twin Cities but you will find yourself in a caring community full of recreational opportunities and friendly neighbors. Your child(ren) will have all the opportunities of a large school district within a caring, small-town community.

How to Register

Pre-K Children

If your child is between the ages of birth to 5 years, please call the Technology and Information Services office at 763-682-8737, or e-mail to register them in the district census.

Please provide:

  • parent/guardian full name
  • address
  • telephone number
  • child's name
  • child's date of birth

This will ensure that you are notified about early childhood screening and kindergarten registration at the appropriate time.

School Age Children

  1. New to the area and need to know which school(s) your child will be attending? Select the School Locator and enter your address and grade of child and click GO or call the Technology and Information Services office at 763-682-8737 and you will be given assistance.

  2. At this appointment, you and your child(ren) will receive a tour of the building, the teacher assignments and any other information you will need to make this transition as smooth as possible. You will be asked to complete a registration form. If this is a first-time school experience for your child, please bring accurate immunization records with you.

Open Enrollment:

Under the Enrollment Options Program, students in Minnesota can enroll in a public school outside the district in which they live. This enrollment option encourages parents to become knowledgeable about the needs and interests of their children. Following are two links you may find helpful:
