Superintendent Jim Bauck provides a summary of the Monday, April 12 board workshop meeting at Parkside and the special school board meeting that followed in the Discovery Center Board Room. At the workshop, after an update from Parkside, topics discussed were the middle school music program, high school self-funded activities update, cash flow projection, elementary RtI guidelines, online learning and all day every day kindergarten. At the special board meeting, members acted on a change order for the Montrose ECFE property and approved School Exec Connect as the search firm to recruit the next superintendent to replace Jim Bauck who will leave June 30 for Eastern Carver County in Chaska.
